Lifeline Betteh Tumara Technical & Vocational Institute (BT)

Throughout this month, the BT management team has been working extremely hard to engage employers across the country. They have been strengthening relationships with the view of creating more opportunities for the trainees to embark on internships in the final phase of their course. The team are presently involved in allocating and sending out the current cohort of trainees on their internships.

In continuing to serve these trainees, the staff team are in the process of printing and issuing ID cards for those who have paid their fees or are on scholarship. Unfortunately, a significant number of the trainees have still not been able to complete payments of their fees, with the majority citing the current national financial crisis as the reason for non-payment which, in turn, poses a financial challenge for the BT management team
