- Lifeline Nehemiah Projects received donated office items from the International Rescue Committee (IRC) as they concluded their operations in Sierra Leone and, on behalf of the Lifeline board and management, we extend our heartfelt thanks to the IRC for this timely support, which will strengthen our lifesaving programs.
- Lifeline Nehemiah Projects was honoured at a dinner with Modou Diaw, Regional Vice President For West Africa at International Rescue Committee and breakfast with Mercy Alidri, the Country Director.
- The PAPAYA team was recently privileged to host Dr Alex Ridout, an Obstetrician & Gynaecologist at St Thomas’ Hospital, London, and Clinical Lecturer in Maternal Global Health at King’s College London, we are now looking forward to receiving Lucy November, our midwife and public health researcher and practitioner who was also the instigator behind the 2YoungLives.
- As an executive member of the Commonwealth Alumni Association, Sierra Leone, it was exciting to meet and have dinner with the Deputy British High Commissioner to Sierra Leone, Mrs Kathleen Reid and with Kirsty Scott, the Senior Alumni Relations Manager, Alumni CSCUK.
