The PAPAYA and PAPAGAIO teams continue to meaningfully engage community stakeholders and health workers to improve care, to evaluate and increase access to Antenatal Care (ANC), and to strengthen support for pregnant women attending ANC clinics.
The programme specifically aims to raise awareness in communities, address pregnancy-related complications such as pre-eclampsia, high blood pressure, Placental Growth Factor (PLGF) and eclampsia, amongst other things, and data collectors from the Welbodi Partnership, working closely with Lifeline community hub members, in collaboration with healthcare workers, continue to provide impactful support to pregnant women in the local communities.
Various groups comprising health workers, community hub members, data collectors, team leaders and community stakeholders from the Kuntorloh, Portee and Tombo communities, collectively engaged in the Lifeline & Welbodi partnership, PAPAYA and PAPAGAIO
