NEHEMIAH HOME FOR BOYS & GIRLS

Four of our young people Abdul Sankoh, George Gbortu, Joel Thomas Karim and Sulaimatu Kallon recently sat the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) and are currently awaiting their results – for clarity, Sulaimatu is not a resident of the Nehemiah Home but we have been supporting her since 2015, as one of the direct Ebola victims.
We are also pleased to report that Rose Dawn Kamara, the youngest amongst the Nehemiah Home boys and girls, has been promoted to Primary Class 5, while Madina Karim has progressed to Senior Secondary School 3 (SSS3) and, in the meantime we are awaiting the promotional results for Joe Sam and others.
The leadership team and the children are now preparing for the upcoming 2026/2027 academic year, including the payment of school fees, procurement of school supplies, uniforms, shoes, school bags and other essential learning materials.
