LNP Staff & Volunteer Retreat
The LNP leadership conducted a three-day staff and volunteer retreat at the LNP compound in Freetown.
The retreat provided an important opportunity for staff and selected volunteers to reflect on work of LNP during the 2025-26 period, assess achievements and challenges, and strengthen organisational planning for the future.
The retreat included:
- an opening address by the Chief Executive, Prince Tommy Williams
- reflection on the achievements and challenges during 2025-26
- discussions on organisational priorities and program implementation
- planning and priority-setting for 2027
- review of lessons learned from program implementation
- identification of areas requiring organisational improvement
- discussion of partnerships and opportunities for future collaboration
- renewed commitment to the mission, vision and values of Lifeline Nehemiah Projects.
Prince Tommy Williams took opportunity to provide an update on LNP’s relationships with its various partners, supporters, funders, friends and other stakeholders.
At the conclusion of the retreat, participants reaffirmed their commitment to working together to advance the LNP mission and improve the quality and impact of its programs.
