The human rights abuses resulting from police brutality in Lifeline compound and the Kuntorloh community, are unfortunate, to say the least, but the Lifeline management team has consistently condemned all the brutality, including human torture, and the injustice, while continuously advocating for justice, peace, unity and the rule of law.
Together with Mohamed Turay, Prince Tommy Williams continues to appear in the Magistrates Court on fabricated charges.
Despite the ongoing case before the High Court, regarding the Lifeline field which was forcefully taken and built on, the Lifeline management team has continually maintained its law-abiding stance, respectfully following the rule of law as it remains in pursuit of justice, not only for Lifeline staff, their families and all the various volunteers, but also for all our regular, 1,025 beneficiaries.
